CRM Call Guard

Terms of service

Last updated October 10, 2026.

These terms cover your use of the CRM Call Guard browser extension, the crmcallguard.com website and your subscription (together, "Call Guard"). By installing or paying for Call Guard you agree to them. If you're using Call Guard for a business, you agree on its behalf.

What Call Guard does

Call Guard shows a contact's local time in your CRM and asks you to confirm before calling or texting outside the federal and state calling-hour rules in its data, or outside the hours you set. It is an aid to help you follow calling-hour rules. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any law.

Your responsibilities

Rules data

We review state rules regularly and update Call Guard when we learn of changes, but laws change, courts interpret them differently, and our data may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Call Guard may also misread a page in your CRM. You should not rely on Call Guard as your only safeguard.

Subscriptions and licenses

Acceptable use

Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer for a competing product, or try to get around the license check. We may end access for misuse.

No warranty

Call Guard is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any fines, penalties, judgments, settlements or claims arising from calls or texts you make, whether or not Call Guard prompted you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Call Guard in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date above; material changes will be emailed to subscribers. Questions: support@crmcallguard.com.
