CRM Call Guard

Privacy policy

Last updated October 10, 2026.

Short version: the extension checks your contacts inside your browser and never sends contact information anywhere. We only keep what's needed to run your subscription.

The extension

On CRM pages where you enable it, Call Guard reads the open contact's phone number, state, ZIP code and time zone, and the times of recent calls and texts to that contact, only to work out their local time and check calling rules. That information stays in your browser.

Your subscription

When you subscribe, Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record, collects your payment details and billing information under Paddle's privacy policy. We never see your full card number. We receive and keep your email address, Paddle customer and subscription IDs, plan, number of users, payment amounts and dates, and your license key with the browsers using it (random ID, label, and when each was last seen).

We use this only to provide your license, send you your key and sign-in links, answer support requests and keep our records. Emails are sent through Resend, our email provider. We also keep a copy of customer records (email, plan, users, status) in our own customer management system.

What we don't do

Chrome Web Store User Data Policy

CRM Call Guard's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide Call Guard's single purpose, is never used for advertising, is never sold or transferred, and is never read by people except to answer your own support request.

Your choices

Removing the extension deletes everything it stored in your browser. To have your subscription records deleted after you cancel (except what tax and accounting law requires us to keep), email support@crmcallguard.com.
