Refunds and cancellations

Short version: monthly plans cancel anytime, yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days.

Free trial

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at sign-up but isn't charged until the trial ends, and we email you 2 days before. Cancel anytime during the trial from your account page and you won't be charged.

Monthly plans

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Call Guard stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Monthly payments aren't refunded.

Yearly plans

If you ask within 14 days of your first yearly payment, or of a yearly renewal, we'll refund it in full and end the subscription. After 14 days, you can cancel so it doesn't renew; it stays on until the end of the paid year, and that payment isn't refunded.

Adding or removing users

When you add users, you're charged for the rest of the current period right away. When you remove users, the unused part is credited to your next payment.

How to ask

Email support@crmcallguard.com from the address you subscribed with. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so refunds go back through Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
