Oregon has its own telemarketing calling rules on top of the federal 8 AM to 9 PM window. Times are the contact's local time.

Time zones: Pacific and Mountain

Calling hours

Monday to Friday	8 AM to 8 PM
Saturday	8 AM to 8 PM
Sunday	8 AM to 8 PM

Daily limit

Oregon limits telemarketing calls to 3 per person in 24 hours on the same subject, counting every attempt, answered or not. Whether Oregon's limit covers texts isn't confirmed; Call Guard counts them to be safe.
